Eric Kemp put a lot of time into making Helmet a success but I saw recently on his blog that he had to get a day job as the business wasn't paying which is a shame nvertheless here is his superb collection.I'm not referring to Eric but in general, I want to say that lots of firms, the cottage industry ones open then close or go under or don't make money as they rely on the individual customer. The fact is Joe Bloggs in the street is important but won't make your business a success. The thing that does that is selling to big outlets or points of high customer concentration.
